This Limited Warranty is only valid if you have purchased the product from an authorized JOSE TORRES distributor.
Customers can extend the limited warranty to three full years for products sold in countries served by JOSE TORRES Service Centers, including:

1.2 JOSE TORRES guarantees that the mechanical and electronic components of this product are free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal working conditions. This Limited Warranty is applicable for one year from the original retail purchase date, unless your country offers a longer legal warranty, in which case the legal warranty will apply. However, JOSE TORRES is pleased to offer a warranty extension of up to a total duration of 3 years, provided that the product purchase has been registered online within 90 days of retail purchase.
If the product presents any defect within the specified warranty period, and that defect is not excluded in clause 4, JOSE TORRES will repair or replace the product using a new or reconditioned product or parts. In the event that JOSE TORRES decides to replace the entire product, this Limited Warranty will be applicable to the replacement product during the initial warranty period remaining from the date of purchase of the original product.
1.3 Upon validation of the warranty claim, the replaced repaired product will be returned to the user postage paid.
1.4 Warranty claims other than those stated above are expressly excluded.

We ask that you please save your purchase receipt. This is your proof of purchase and your Limited Warranty will begin from this date. If you do not retain your sales receipt, then this Limited Warranty is void. In the unlikely event that you need to exercise this Limited Warranty, we will need you to provide us with a copy of this sales receipt. Without this, unfortunately, we will not be able to process your warranty repair request.
Remember to register your new JOSE TORRES equipment or instrument within ninety (90) days from the date of purchase to be entitled to the extended warranty. 4.4 This Limited Warranty does not cover the product if it has been electronically or mechanically modified in any way. If the product needs to be modified or adapted in order to comply with local technical or safety regulations applicable in any country other than the country for which the product was originally developed and manufactured, such modification/adaptation will not be considered a defect. in materials or labor. This Limited Warranty does not cover such modification/adaptation, whether or not it was carried out by professionals. Under the terms of this Limited Warranty, JOSE TORRES is not responsible for the expenses incurred by such modification/adaptation.
4.5 This Limited Warranty covers only the hardware of the product. It does not cover technical support for hardware or use of software.
4.6 This Limited Warranty is void if the factory applied serial number has been altered or removed from the product.
4.7 Free inspections and maintenance/repair work are expressly excluded from this Limited Warranty. If an inspection of the product by JOSE TORRES shows that the defect in question is not covered by the Limited Warranty, the costs of the inspection must be paid by the customer.
4.8 Damage or defects caused by the following product conditions are not covered by this Limited Warranty:
4.8.1 Improper handling, negligence or failure to work with the unit in accordance with the instructions given in the JOSETORRES user or service manuals
4.8.2 Connecting or operating the unit in any way that does not comply with the technical or safety regulations applicable in the country where the product is used.
4.8.3 Any act of force majeure (such as accidents, fires, floods, etc.) or any other condition that is beyond the control of JOSE TORRES.
4.9 Any repair or opening of the unit carried out by unauthorized personnel (including the user) will completely void the Limited Warranty.
4.10 Products that do not meet the terms of this Limited Warranty will be repaired exclusively at the buyer’s expense. JOSE TORRES or its official technical service center will inform the buyer of such circumstance and request a written order to repair the product. In the event that the buyer does not submit a written repair order within 6 weeks of notification, JOSE TORRES reserves the right to dispose of the product in an appropriate, environmentally friendly manner.
4.11 Authorized JOSE TORRES dealers do not sell new products directly on online auctions. Purchases made through online auctions are in “buyer beware” databases. Online auction confirmations or sales receipts are not accepted for warranty verification and JOSE TORRES will not repair or replace any product purchased through an online auction.
This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser (authorized dealer purchaser) and is not transferable to third parties who may purchase this product. No other person (distributor, merchant, retailer, etc.) will have the right to give any guarantee on behalf of JOSE TORRES.
Subject only to applicable local laws, JOSE TORRES shall not be liable to the buyer under this Limited Warranty for any consequential or indirect loss or damage of any kind. In no case shall JOSE TORRES’s liability under this Limited Warranty exceed the invoiced value of the product.
This Limited Warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty between you and JOSE TORRES. It supersedes all other written or oral communications relating to this product. JOSE TORRES does not offer any other warranty for this product.
8.1 This Limited Warranty does not exclude or limit the buyer’s legal rights as a consumer in any way.
8.2 The Limited Warranty rules mentioned herein apply unless they constitute a violation of applicable local legal laws.
8.3. This Limited Warranty does not diminish the obligations of any legal seller in relation to any lack of conformity of the product and any hidden defects.
